Refund policy

Blossom Club selects every single bunch direct from flower markets and growers. On the very rare occasion this product may not meet your expectations. 

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your flower order, please email us on hello@blossomclub.com.au with a photo within 48 hours of receiving the flower delivery and I will happily supply you with a replacement of the same value.  

As our flowers come fresh from market each day, flowers are subject to seasonality and availability. 

Our style is primarily garden style with no two designs looking the same. Our photos of our products are examples for colour and size reference.
